One of the most popular note-taking applications for mobile devices, Evernote has just received a minor update on Windows Phone platform.

Aside from bumping the application to version 3.0.1.0, the update brings some settings improvements, though developers have yet to offer more details on these changes.

However, long-time users will probably notice these improvements as soon as they update to the latest version.

Furthermore, the folks of Evernote claim they have included lots of bug fixes as well, which are meant to address some of the issues reported by users and improve the overall user experience.

The new Evernote 3.0.1.0 is now available as a free download via Windows Phone Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 7.5 and up. Check it out here.
