14 DAY TRIAL // A Reddit user claims to have used Mathematica to calculate the time when evad3rs will release evasi0n, the iOS 6.1 untethered jailbreak tool that everyone is flooding Twitter with at the moment.
The team used to shave off five percent of their progress bar (or added, whichever way you prefer) each day, prior to yesterday. Now the countdown is made in increments of one, and evasi0n is sitting at 99% progress at the moment.
So this guy decided to use a javascript algorithm to determine the status of the progress bar posted on evasi0n.com.
Reddit user Zairex writes: “I just used Mathematica to calculate the value of all of these variables. As it turns out, when the 0x11c7 value is equal to 1359997200(00) the percentage is 100%. In Unix Time this value is exactly 12pm Noon EST 2/4/2013.”
