"Desperate Housewives" actress Eva Longoria is reportedly preparing herself for the big date with a wealthy business man, who has won her at an auction for the Hurricane Katrina victims.
Entrepreneur Frank Moran, president and CEO of Team-One Employment Specialists, LLC and the Home Design Center paid $20,005 for the privilege of being in Longoria's company.
Eva's date with the business man will be covered exclusively by Access Hollywood. This date is uncharacteristically more public than Mr. Moran's usually quieter charitable contributions, but Frank explains: "I can not overstate the impact of Katrina on the victims, especially those of lower income.
Getting involved in the relief effort is my civil and community duty as a corporate citizen, and this auction was a fun way to contribute to a good cause."
Although Frank is single and looking for Mrs. Right, he saw this as an opportunity to give money to a good cause and have fun.
"What better way to donate money than to win a date with Eva Longoria?", Moran commented after winning the auction.
Longoria will accompany the generous entrepreneur on a date that includes a private limo, private dinner and the "Hot Tamales Live" show, at the legendary Comedy Store, on September 29th.
