Eva Longoria’s new reality show, “Ready for Love,” was canceled by NBC for disappointing ratings (the final episode airs today), but word online is that she’s not exactly heartbroken over it because of certain happy developments in her personal life.

For a couple of days now, there’s been a lot of speculation about how Eva is dating one of the bachelors on the show, Ernesto Arguello.

Fans must already know that Eva doesn’t appear on “Ready for Love,” she’s producing it.

Talk about a possible romance first started making the rounds after the two were photographed together, trying to avoid the paparazzi, as TMZ points out.

On her Twitter feed, Eva denies any romantic involvement.

“WHAT?! AGAIN? Sorry guys, still not dating @ernestoarguello Who are these ‘sources’??” she writes.

TMZ claims that, while they might not be dating (yet), they’re definitely living together because Ernesto, and other cast members, live with Eva while they’re in Los Angeles.

The former “Desperate Housewives” star shoots down this report too.

“Oh Lord! Now I have 2 new roommates @pwts_tim and @ernestoarguello?? Why not just say @Ben_Patton too? #DumbTabloids,” she says on social media.

“Eva is not dating Ernesto. She is friends with all of the guys and matchmakers from the show, but nothing further,” Longoria’s publicist says in a statement to E! News.

However, this e-zine too claims that Ernesto spent Sunday night at Eva’s house, after they had a romantic dinner and drove around town in her car so this explains why no one is really buying into Eva and her publicist’s denials.

There is also the possibility that this is just a PR stunt meant to bring more attention to the already-canceled show, celebrity pundits say.

The fact that Eva has been busily denying the romance rumors while also urging her Twitter followers to tune in for the show to see who is really dating who, and to “get those ratings up” could also be seen as proof of that.
