Eva Longoria got her wrist tattoo with the wedding date lasered off, says report

When she decided there was no saving her marriage to Tony Parker, Eva Longoria must have realized she would soon have to remove more than just her wedding ring. The star recently had her wedding tattoo lasered off.

One of Eva’s many tattoos included, until not long ago, a small one on the inside of her wrist, which represented the Roman date for when she and Tony got married: 07/ 07/ 07.

Over the weekend, Longoria attended friend Jeremy Renner’s 40th birthday party and she seemed to make it a point of waving her hand at the camera – and there was no inking there anymore, the Daily Mail writes.

An insider tells the British tab that, even if subtle, Eva appeared very set on showing off the world that she’d had the tat removed.

“In previous pictures the Roman numerals VII VII MMVII were clearly visible in dark ink but they were nowhere to be seen on Saturday – indicating she decided to have them removed,” the Mail states.

Indeed, photos taken of Eva upon arrival at the all-star bash seem to confirm that: there is only a bit of discolored skin where the tattoo once was.

The two options would be: either she had it covered by one of her makeup stylists and they did a lousy job at it, or she had it lasered off.

One eyewitness believes it’s the latter.

“It looks like it has been lasered off and you could clearly see there is a bit of skin discoloring,” says one unnamed source for the aforementioned British publication.

Even more, Eva’s behavior also seemed to indicate that she wanted to make a silent statement to the world: namely, that she was moving on from the failed marriage.

“She seemed very happy, it was as if she was showing it off,” says the same spy.
