Samsung has just announced the SGH-G600 phone model for a European release. What the handset holds so special when opposed to others is the fact that it is capable of highly evolved 5 megapixel camera capture performances.

It's quite incredible that Samsung won't be keeping their SGH-G600 phone model within Korean limits, as it has done before with handsets capable of similar or even higher performances. There are few other mobile phones capable of such high camera performances. The line includes Nokia N95, Sony Ericsson K850i and LG KG920.

The 5 megapixel camera also has flash and autofocus, which is meant to make it come closer to the performances of a regular digital camera. Unfortunately, Samsung has brought few details on the capabilities that this handset comes packed with, although it has managed to make it even more appealing by placing an attractive model to present it.

Samsung SGH-G600 comes in a slim case, at only 14.9 mm in thickness, which proves to be a small size when it comes to slider phones. The metal finish truly adds some extra points to its good looks, as the elegant, smooth lines already manage to make this handset highly stylish.

Connectivity is available through Bluetooth and USB, although it would have been a shame to have these missing. Moreover, the QVGA display screen is capable of a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels, which gives a clear view on the images.

The slider phone also has an MP3 player and an FM radio included as to make it possible to enjoy a variety of entertainment performances. A microSD card manages to keep up with the high demand of space for storing media files, as such a feature is always useful in the case of evolved mobile phones.

Samsung SGH-G600 will be available in the near future in Europe, although Samsung has made few specifications regarding the date when this will happen or the price that the mobile phone will come at.
