The team at the Paradox Development Studios announces that it is working on the first full-fledged expansion for its grand strategy title Europa Universalis IV, which is called Conquest of Paradise, to be launched on December 11 of this year via digital distribution.

The main feature of the new content is a completely randomized version of the American continent that gamers will be able to discover in order to experience a new colonization process for each game they play.

The team adds, “Europa Universalis IV: Conquest of Paradise makes it possible for you to play as a Native American nation and master the federation mechanics, as well as unique national ideas, buildings and events.”

Once a colony is established, Conquest of Paradise will allow players to control it, declare colonial war or even aim to liberate themselves from European domination.

More features will be revealed before the expansion is launched.
