14 DAY TRIAL // Hollywood celebrities never cease to amaze us, or at least they never cease to amaze me. Take Ethan Hawke for example. It turns out this Hollywood sweetheart would not shy away from becoming an eco-terrorist.
In a recent interview, actor Ethan Hawke said that he secretly fantasized about being an environmental-terrorist and protecting our planet's biodiversity against oil spills, deforestation and whatnot.
“If I was in a situation where I could get away with anything terrible that I wanted to get away with? Well, I have a secret fantasy of being an environmental terrorist – like when I see these oil spills and all these dead fish and the chopping down of forests.”
“I’d love to slip just a little dynamite in somewhere. That would be where my inner demon lurks,” the actor said when asked what crimes he would commit if he knew he would not be held responsible for them.
I do hope Ethan Hawke won't start blowing up things just to prove how much he loves Mother Nature, but I'd also like to congratulate him for being so determined to make a difference in this world.
