The storyline is both simple and at the same time gives the game a precise purpose, which is that of escaping the island from where you have been trapped. As far as the story goes, you find yourself stranded on a deserted and remote island after you manage to survive a shipwreck. This makes Escape Rosecliff Island one of the few hidden-object titles that will keep you busy for a long time.
Playing Escape Rosecliff Island has proven to be more of a challenge than expected, mainly because each time you start the game and you play the same map, you have to search for different items than the last time. This is a great feature, because this way boredom and routine are being avoided, thus keeping the game more challenging.
