The majority of PC cases usually strive to achieve some sort of balance between functionality, aesthetics and affordability, but those users that are unfettered by finances will always gravitate towards the more intricate ones, something Cubitek knows if its Tattoo series is any indication.

Cubitek may be more of a Taiwanese OEM/ODM but it seems to have made its first attempt at securing part of the PC case market, however small.

Basically, the company put together a certain series of PC enclosures with the name of Tattoo and composed of, at least for now, three members.

Said three members are called Tattoo Beta, Tattoo Pro and Tattoo Fire, at least so says the report form tcmagazine.

They all are aimed at the higher end of the desktop market and share most of the specifications, their only distinctions being the side window and extra fan that may or may not exist.

There are five exposed 5.25-inch drive bays, which usually house ODDs (optical disk drives) or accessories like fan controllers.

The enclosures also boast two internal 2.5-inch holders, so as to allow even smaller HDDs or SSDs to be used, not just 3.5-inch models.

What's more, Cubitek made sure to throw in a top I/O panel with audio jacks, an eSATA connector and the obligatory USB 2.0 ports.

Other specifications include a 140mm LED fan on the front, a 120mm spinner at the back and a pair of holes for watercooling.

All of these are part of a steel frame with a black exterior, a size of 200 x 480 x 490 mm and a weight of 8.3 kg.

The Tattoo Beta, like its two siblings, should already be available in Europe for the price of 59.90 Euro.

Finally, the Tattoo Pro and Tattoo Fire have side windows and an extra 140mm fan on top, their respective prices being of 69.90 Euro and 74.90 Euro.
