It has a Twister Bearing and pulse-width modulation, like any self-respecting CPU fan

Many of the fans that Enermax releases are mostly good for ventilating a case, but the company has now launched one that should do fine on CPU coolers as well.

Called TwisterPressure, it has a Twister Bearing design (what a surprise) and APM PWM (adjustable peak speed pulse-width modulation).

The Twister Bearing is a magnetic bearing technology that allows the fan to spin without a friction and constantly lubricate itself while doing so. Because of that, the fan is very silent and stays that way for a long time. To illustrate, the MTBF is of 160,000 hours.

The APS PWM is arguably more important, though. The Twister Bearing isn't all that uncommon, exactly, not for Enermax fans anyhow, but APS PWM is.

It lets owners adjust the peak fan speed to anything between 1,200, 1,500 and 1,800 RPM (rotations per minute).

The PWM will still regulate the speed based on load, though, with the lowest being 500 RPM.

That leaves only one asset: the High Pressure Blades design, which involve specially shaped blades that centralize airflow that would normally disperse, for extra pressure.

Sadly, prices and an ETA (estimated time of arrival) have not been specified.
