The Enermax "Ahead of the Game" line of products extends to various product types. The latest update to the collection includes, among other things, some additions to the Revolution X't range of power supply units. The Revolution X't possess, among other things, flat cables, the durable, quality components (ensure non-stop 24/7 operation at 40°C ambient temperature) and the high power output of its members.

Said power supplies are called ERX430AWT (Revolution X't 430W), ERX530AWT (530W), ERX630AWT (630W) ERX730AWT (730W).

In that order, they have prices of €95 / $95, €105 / $105, €120 / $120, and €135 / $135.

One might argue that 730W isn't really a low wattage, but compared to the Revolution87+ 850W and 1000W (ERV850EWT/ERV1000EWT), it is.

This is relevant because the Revolution X't will replace the low-wattage members of the Revolution87+ collection.

"The models of our new series allow for a game play on the highest level. They are the perfect choice for high-end systems and provide leading technology for the pure joy of gaming," said Benjamin Schafer, PR/marketing team leader of Enermax Europe.

The new power supplies from Enermax all have 139mm fans (Twister bearing, 100,000 MTBF), complete with temperature/load-based speed control.

Depending on where between 20% and 100% load it is, the PSU will spin the fan at a different setting, aiming for balance between cooling performance and noise.

Speaking of performance, the company made the Revolution X't with one massive 12V rail (each).

As for the cable loadout, there are two PCI Express 8-pin ports (four for 630W and above) and a semi-modular approach. The essential cables come straight from inside the PSU, but the GPU and storage cables are all removable. You'll find more on the Revolution X't product page.

All current Intel and AMD CPUs/APUs should be supported by the newcomers, even the Haswell line with their low-power states.
