Almost a month after the MaxRevo 1350W power supply unit made its entrance into the US, Enermax announced this high performance 80PLUS Gold certified PSU series is now also available in Europe.

Contrary to the US launch, Enermax introduced today both the 1.35kW and 1.5kW units, so customers who require a high wattage PSU have more options from which to choose from.

In addition to these two models, the series also includes a 1.2kW power supply, but all of these sport about the same specifications and features.

One of the most important innovations introduced by the MaxRevo series is the Copper-Bridge Array transmission technology which replaces conventional wires to provide up to 3% better power regulation.

Enermax states this feature enables its PSUs to deliver cleaner DC power and improves the system's stability.

All the MaxRevo power supplies come with six 12V rails rated at 30A each, but their combined power output varies according to the model.

More precisely, the 1.2kW unit has a maximum 12V amperage of 100W, the 1.35kW unit is rated at 112A, while the top of the line 1500W PSU can provide up to 125A.

As it's usually the case with high-end power supply units, Enermax' MaxRevo series features a modular cable design and all the models come bundled together with four 6+2pins PCI-E cables, can power up to 14 SATA drives and carry 10 MOLEX plugs.

The rest of the PSU features include 105°C Japanese electrolytic capacitors, a 13.9cm Twister-bearing fan (900 to 2000 RPM working speed), as well as the CordGuard and HeatGuard technologies. The latter was designed to keep the fan running after the system was shut off in order to allow for the PSU to cool down.

Pricing for the two 80PLUS Gold certified MaxRevo units has been set at €344.90 and €379.90, respectively. No information regarding the launch date of the 1.2kW model is available at this time. (via TechPowerUp)
