Endless Space Goes Free on Steam for the Weekend

Developer Amplitude Studios and Valve announce that the strategy game Endless Space is available for free using the Steam digital distribution service until Sunday at 1 PM Pacific Standard Time and that all those who like the experience can also buy it with a 50 percent price cut until 10 AM PST on Monday.

Endless Space can be installed by using the Steam client and going to the Games Library.

The game description says: “Its first intelligent life was the civilization we call the Endless and all that remains of this people is what we call Dust. This substance has been found scattered throughout the galaxy and lost in forgotten temples, it once gave powers to admirals and galactic governors. The galaxy will belong to the faction that can take control of the Dust and uncover its secrets…”

Players can choose from eight civilization as they try to dominate a universe made up of hundreds of star systems.
