The Siberian tiger is one of this planet's endangered species, so naturally each and every one of them is crucial for safeguarding our world's biodiversity.

Therefore, when two Siberian tiger cubs were abandoned by their mother, which simply refused to feed them any longer, zoo keepers were left worrying about their survival chances.

However, Cleopatra, a Shar-Pei dog that recently had pups of its own, showed no reluctance in adopting the two baby tigers and nursing them as if they were its own.

Whereas up until now concerns were raised with respect to the cubs safety, as the baby Siberian tigers continue to grow people start questioning whether or not they might accidentally harm their foster mom while simply trying to play.

With only about 400 Siberian tigers still roaming the Russian Far East, it is a good thing that these two cubs were successfully rescued.
