Playing Watch Dogs, The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing 2 and Victoria II

Andrei Dumitrescu: it seems that my long-term pattern of addiction with games created by the Paradox Development Studio is still a reality, which means that I plan to spend most of my weekend playing as much Victoria II as possible, probably mostly as Austria, Spain and the United States of America.

This week also has some crucial stages in Il Giro, the cycling three-week tour of Italy, and that might convince me to re-install and play some Pro Cycling Manager 2013, although at the moment, I know the game a little too well to be able to have too much fun with it.

And, as always, I will also try and keep up with the next phase of Alliance versus Alliance combat that my Game of Thrones Ascent guild is involved with, although the game is moving a little too fast for me at the moment and I might need to take a long-term break from it.

Andrei Dobra: My weekend will be filled from top to bottom with Watch Dogs on the PS4, as I want to enjoy the whole game before finally posting the review on Tuesday, May 27, when Ubisoft's embargo lifts.

I've followed the game closely ever since its first debut back in 2012 and I want to see if Ubisoft and its Montreal team have managed to deliver on the lofty promise of hacking in a futuristic Chicago that's controlled by the ctOS.

However, I also hope to sneak in a bit of time with Dota 2, as after the whole rush with the Compendium for The International 2014, my appetite for Valve's MOBA has grown and I'm finally willing to brave the community and see what all the fuss is about.

Radu Haulica: This weekend's main activities are not particularly hard for me to decide upon, as Neocore Games' action role-playing game The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing 2 just came out today.

After delving into the beta and then reviewing the game, there's still a bunch of content for me to explore, particularly when it comes to the full potential of the crafting system. Gathering all the necessary materials for trying out the many options available will prove to be a bit grindy though, so I pretty much know what the bulk of my time will be spent on.

Which is not a bad thing at all, considering that there are so many new abilities for me to try out, and so farming for mats will allow me the golden opportunity to experiment with all the new additions, as well as to boss my minions around as I secretly work on my diabolical plan to transform Borgovia into a gargantuan mechanical Oompa Loompa factory.
