Playing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Mass Effect 3 and Dragon Age: Legends

Andrei Dumitrescu: I have been away last weekend, enjoying a vacation in Dublin Ireland (a very beautiful city as long as you can keep the wind away) and this weekend the Orthodox Church, which is the dominant religion in Romania, celebrates Easter.

This means that, while I have more free time than I am usually accustomed with for a ten-day period, I also have less time to actually play video games than I normally do.

So, while still making some progress in my second playthrough of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and trying to muster up the courage to start a new and maybe successful campaign in the Fall of the Samurai expansion for Shogun 2, I will also turn to a more bite-sized type of game.

I plan to return to the Facebook-based Dragon Age: Legends after a few months and see what the game, which I very much liked when it launched last year, has to offer in terms of new areas, new tactics and enemies.

Andrei Dobra: Seeing as how the Resurgence DLC for Mass Effect 3’s Multiplayer mode has just been released by BioWare, I’ll enjoy an extended weekend playing online in order to unlock some of the new content included in the add-on.

I already got the Krogan Battlemaster Vanguard, the Geth Engineer and the Batarian Sentinel, but there are still a few characters that elude me, namely the Geth Infiltrator, the Batarian Soldier or the Asari Justicar.

As such, I plan to continue my series of successful Gold multiplayer matches with my trusty Salarian Engineer, while trying out the new characters during Silver matches.

What’s more, thanks to this weekend’s Operation Resurgence that rewards matches played on the two new maps included in the DLC, I plan on learning both Firebase Hydra and Firebase Condor inside and out.
