Emsisoft released a new version for their Anti-Malware security solution. It is a maintenance build designed to boost up overall performance and stability.

Emsisoft Anti-Malware 7.0.0.12 brings to the table a better surf protection host list, optimizes the loading of malware signatures and features minor improvements in the logging system.

The list of repairs includes eliminating the display bug in the scan result list, correcting the problem with the removal of registry traces and with restoring false positives in email attachments.

Additionally, users should no longer be troubled by issues with submitting malware samples during the scan procedure and auto-updating and scheduled scans should run smoothly starting this version.

New in this revision is a switch that allows you to enable and disable caching in command line scanner.

Emsisoft Anti-Malware 7 is available for download from Softpedia. A review is available on this page.
