Emoze is a new free email and PIM push service that will work on almost any Windows Mobile or Symbian powered smartphone or PDA, which unlike other mobile email programs supports push.

This basically means that it won't be necessary for the user to log in and messages will be retrieved as they arrive on the server. Also, according to the developer, the software is even quicker than a Blackberry when it comes to delivery, and the best part yet is that it's absolutely free.

Actually, they even have proof for this, as Emoze has won last month's mobile push email showdown against Blackberry at the 3GSM World Congress in Barcelona. The service was launched in January this year and it looks like it's the world's first free global email and data synchronization service. To use Emoze, the user has to download it (for free) from the company's website.

All the user needs is a compatible device and a data package from a mobile phone operator in order to be able to receive mobile email anytime and anywhere. The Emoze interface is also available in several languages, including English, German, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese and Arabic, which should pretty much cover all widely used languages.

The service is independent of network technology and works on any wireless GSM, CDMA and WiFi network, including 2.5G, 3G WCDMA/UMTS, CDMA2000, WiMAX, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA 1x EV-DO and more. Does it sound too good to be true? Well, considering that it's free, anyone can download it, try it out, and see if it delivers everything it promises its users.
