One of the most talked about moments from last night’s Emmy Awards 2014 was the musical number put together by Weird Al Yankovic, who worked his magic on the theme songs of some of the biggest shows nominated for this edition.

When he got to “Game of Thrones,” he was joined by Andy Samberg in costume as King Joffrey, who didn’t just dance but also sang along on the chorus, as you can see in the second video embedded at the end of this post.

The first one is with what happened after Weird Al left the stage, when actress Lena Headey came up to introduce the nominees and announce the winner for the Outstanding Miniseries category.

Lena, as you must know, plays Cersei Lannister on the hit HBO show so, with Joffrey so close to her, audiences are excused if they assumed they were in for a touching family reunion. It didn’t happen because Lena was there on business so no matter how much Joffrey cried that he feared he’d been poisoned, she kept telling him “not now, not now, darling.”

That Cersei, she never finds time for Joffrey, even though she claims he’s her favorite of all 3 children she conceived with her brother, Jaimie.

Check it out. Unfortunately for Lena and everyone else involved in “Game of Thrones,” the show won no awards last night despite being nominated 19 times, the most of any other series.
