14 DAY TRIAL // Legendary pianist Liberace died 25 years ago but he too was remembered during the Emmys 2013 last night, mostly because of the multi-nominated HBO biopic “Behind the Candelabra” with Michael Douglas and Matt Damon.
Some have described this year’s Emmys as the best dressed funeral in town, because of the many tributes included in the broadcast.
With Liberace, the tribute also provided a beautiful musical moment, with Sir Elton John taking to the stage to perform a new song for his long-gone friend.
