There are just a few changes implemented in this new version

Emmabuntüs, a distribution created for reconditioning old computers which relies on the robustness of Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, is now at version 1.02.

According to the developers, the Emmabuntüs 1.02 distribution aims to be as simpler and fair as possible. It includes all the necessary tool so that users can quickly familiarize with a Linux operating system.

There are just three major changes in this new version: Nanny software was removed because it wasn't functioning properly and was replaced by the Blocksi plugin for Firefox and Chromium, some plugins were updated for Thunderbird, and new codecs and packages are also available.

The distribution is based on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS, it uses Quick Setup Mode through automation scripts, it has Mode Live on DVD and USB, comes with almost 60 applications, a dock for easy access to those applications, and contains support for three languages.
