Emma Stone says she loves ‘”Spider-Man” co-star and real-life boyfriend Andrew Garfield

Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield, the two leads in the rebooted “Spider-Man” franchise, are more than just co-stars, having started dating while still working on the first “Amazing Spider-Man” movie, which came out in 2012.

Until just now, they have never spoken about their personal relationship in any way with the media. Garfield, for instance, made headlines a short while ago for rebuking a reporter on the red carpet for asking him about his “girlfriend Emma,” so it’s clear that they’re both set on drawing the line between their work and their private life.

However, slip-ups do happen and the most recent (and cutest) occurred during Emma’s Good Morning America interview on ABC, which is embedded in full below. She was talking about working with Andrew, when she let the “L” word slip.

On the downside, she was probably talking about their working relationship.

“It's like a dream to work with him,” she said. “He's obviously one of the greatest actors, I think, we have alive today. He's also just a remarkable human being. I love him very much,” the usually guarded actress said.

In the same interview, Emma talks about wanting to play Gwen Stacy from the start and her guiding principle in life and in her career, and reveals her favorite scene in the latest “Spider-Man” movie. Speaking of which, it opens in theaters tomorrow, May 2.
