Remember the story about Die Hard actor Bruce Willis going Yippee-Ki-Yay on Apple over his inability to legally transfer iTunes songs over to his daughters? Yeah. Fake.

Yesterday we reported that two tabloids, one from the US, the other from the UK, said Bruce Willis was planning to take legal action against Apple Inc. in Cupertino, California, after reportedly learning that his iTunes music collection was non-transferrable to others (his daughters).

Emma Heming-Willis, American model, actress, and wife of renowned actor Bruce Willis, has now confirmed in a terse tweet that her husband has no intentions of suing the Cupertino company.

Responding to a message addressed to her on the subject, Emma simply said “it's not a true story.” So there you have it.
