Rapper Eminem is being sued alongside with the driver of the bus, Charlie Dilligard, and the bus company, Entertainment Coaches of America for a July 13 accident involving seven vehicles in western Missouri, including Eminem's Anger Management 3 tour bus.
The lawsuit filled Thursday in St. Louis, Missouri by a truck driver and his wife, seeks damages for injuries, medical expenses and lost wages. Breck and Tina Wyngarden claim they both suffered injuries.
The crash occurred on Interstate 70 near Odessa, about 40 kilometers east of Kansas City and one of the witnesses estimated the bus was traveling at up to 144 kilometers per hour.
Eminem and 50 Cent were not on the bus at that time, but despite that, the Wyngardens included the rapper in their new lawsuit.
