Jack and Betti Schmitt, Eminem's uncle and aunt claim over $350,000, alleging the rapper has been trying to evict them from the house he built for them, according to the Associated Press.
Apparently, Marshal Mathers wanted to have his family closer so he promised his relatives to pay them $100,000 each year for five years, in return for their move to Michigan, staying in a $350,000 house he had bought for them, caring for his daughter and looking after his own, $5 million estate.
Jack and Betti Schmidt claim that Eminem has kept the house on his name and sent them an eviction notice. The rapper's lawyer has not made any comments on the issue yet.
Meanwhile, Eminem might face another lawsuit, this time filed by an Irish Lord, disappointed that he cancelled the concert at Mountcharles' Slane Castle in Ireland, where almost 80,000 fans were expected to come.
According to The Times Online, Henry Mountcharles is threatening to sue Eminem for compensation after the rapper cancelled the performance.
