The latest split-up in the American showbiz has just been announced - the rapper Eminem breaks up again with his wife. The divorce file is ready, attorneys have been hired and public declarations on this have started to come out in the media.

"Again" is the key word in the above phrase - the couple has a tormented history. After 17 years of ups-and-downs relationship, two weddings and a daughter, it seems that there is nothing left to stay together for.

They first said "yes" to each other in 1999. After two years only, the first divorce took place. A lot of quarrels for the 8-year-old (back then) daughter Hailie's custody, a big amount of media appearances for both Eminem and Kim, shouting out loud their anger upon each other, financial discussions, etc, all these may have made Eminem declare for The Rolling Stone magazine in 2002: "I would rather have a baby through my penis than get married again!"
But just a while afterwards, he seemed to have forgotten his own words. And on January 14th this year they went on to marry again.

It only lasted for 52 days, and here they are now surrounded by attorneys and discussing child's custody over and over again. This time though, both the rapper and his ex-wife pretend to be more mature, thinking more about Hailie's well-being than about their childish-adults problems and declaring they will try to avoid the public scandal on the issue from their last divorce. Or maybe we should say "latest" divorce?
