Miad J filed charges against the tempered rapper for assault. The incident is said to have occurred Thursday night, in the men's room from a Detroit strip club called the Cheetah, situated on the famous 8 Mile Road.

The alleged victim went to the bathroom and was immediately followed in by Eminem, supposedly still accompanied by one of his bodyguards.

Another man came in and, amazed and star-struck to see the world renowned rapper taking a leak in the same place as he, started to talk to him. He was soon interrupted by the bodyguard, who ordered him to keep quiet for his own sake.

Miad J stepped in and asked the guard to cool off and then, out of the blue, Eminem jumped at him and punched him four of five times in the face. Afterwards, he exited the strip club and his personal guards were escorted out by the Cheetah bouncers.

Another altercation took place outside, where a curious mob had already gathered to see the fireworks. Another member of Em's entourage, the rapper known as Trick Trick, tried to disperse the crowd by pulling out a gun, without pointing it at anyone in particular.

Marshall's publicist refused to comment on the incident and the police are looking for him. No charges have officially been filed as the investigators are, at the moment, only trying to hear the other side of the story before prosecuting anyone.
