Ember Isle Area Launches in Rift

Developer and publisher Trion Worlds has announced that its MMO Rift has received the Ember Isle expansion, which allows high level players to explore a whole new area of the game and enjoy an all new 10 player raid which features no less than 11 tough bosses and loot to match.

Ember Isle can be accessed via a number of travel stones that are spread across the main continent of Telara and gamers will be able to discover a gaming space that is twice as big as the largest area that Rift has offered so far, filled with a hundred quests, a new Caduceus Rise dungeon and a new game play mode, called Onslaught.

The new zone is designed for those who are over level 50 and will test their powers with tougher Rift invasions, new monsters and more colossi to take out in battle.

A new Warfront mode is also included in the Black Garden area and the second tier of Planar Attunement has also been made available to players.
