Elton John Smells Good

With Sir Elton John, nothing is too much, no matter in what is in relation to. Currently on a tour to promote his 'Captain Fantastic' album, the singer did manage to make some time to launch a new line of candles and home fragrances in the United States, in collaboration with Bath & Body Works.

Neil Fiske, the CEO of the company, said at the inauguration ceremony that the collection has been inspired by what the Elton is using in his own London home and that the singer's input has been more than welcome.

'Clearly, this [the collection] has the potential to be big. He has a passion for candles. He is my kind of guy', the executive said. The well-scented line includes, up to this point, candles, scented stone and oils but all those involved have high hopes that it will soon expand to include bathing lotions, body lotions, soaps and shower gels, too.

But the best thing of it all is that ten percent of what is made will go directly to Elton John's pet cause, the Rocket Man's AIDS Foundation. And the singer is very optimistic about the future, saying over a phone interview that he is sure to raise almost $1 million in one year.
