Ellen DeGeneres has become the latest celebrity to speak against the “anti-fat” policy announced by Abercrombie & Fitch, which considers anything over a size 10 plus-size.

Besides the obvious plug for her own line, Ellen does have a point: beauty isn’t a number between 0 and 8 (or double 0 as of late), it’s not something physical and A & Fitch is irresponsible for telling its customers that it is.
“I know a lot of kids watch this show, so I wanna say one more thing to you all. What you look like on the outside is not what makes you cool. At all,” Ellen says.
“I mean, I had a mullet and I wore parachute pants for a long, long time. And I’m doing O.K. What is important is that you’re healthy and happy,” she adds.
