14 DAY TRIAL // Nicki Minaj seems pretty fearless when she’s on stage performing or in her elaborate – and most of the times controversial – music videos, but that doesn’t mean she’s not an easy target for Ellen DeGeneres and her silly little pranks.

Nicki is now promoting her latest album, “The Pinkprint,” which is out in stores as of yesterday, December 15, so she stopped by Ellen to talk about the tracks included on it, but also about her personal life and her plans for the future.

Wearing a little black dress that hugged her every curve and opting for a more natural look, the kind she’s been favoring a lot in recent months, Nick sat down with Ellen for the interview. Ellen was eager to find out tips straight from Nicki on the kind of workouts she must do to get a backside as round and perky as hers.
If there’s any truth to online reports, she will have to do more than just bust her butt in the gym, because Nicki’s most famous is as unnatural as they come: an older rumor claims that she had implants put in right before she made it big, as part of a huge makeover.
This out of the way, Nicki also talked about her “very emotional” year (by which she means the breakup from longtime boyfriend Safaree Samuels) and how she used music as a means to get closure and all those negative feelings out of her system.
She had plenty of those: this summer, she and Safaree got into a very nasty argument and she reportedly “exploded” in rage, taking a bat to his 2012 Mercedes Benz, which she’d bought for him as a present. Also then, she kicked him out of the house and dumped his clothes in the garbage bin.
Towards the end of the interview, Ellen had a guy pop out of the coffee table next to Nicki, which scared her so badly she told the TV host she could have “broken [her] neck.” She didn’t, obviously.
Nicki wants babies
In the same interview (though not included in the video below), the rapper revealed that she still wanted to have children, even if her longtime relationship didn’t work out. However, she added, she’d like a “fat little baby,” joking that she wouldn’t want it if it wasn’t fat.
As for a claim she made in an older interview, about how she would retire from music to start a family when she’d made $500 million (€402 million), she said this was still the plan even though she’d never make this kind of money.
This is probably for the best, because she’s not even close to getting there: Nicki’s estimated net worth right now is of $50 million (€40.2 million) – it’s no trifle, but it’s definitely not as impressive an estate as she hopes to have one day.
