According to hollywood.com, the 74 years old screen legend Elizabeth Taylor is "close to death". The actress has already been declared dead once this year, in February, but her publicist declared at the time: "she is not only "in good shape", she is extending her House of Taylor fragrance line to incorporate a new range of jewelry. She's in good shape. We're doing a photo shoot with her next week. She might travel for her birthday, on the 17th. Quite lively for a corpse, don't you think?"

On the 17th of February (her birthday), the actress donated two special healthcare mobile units for those suffering of AIDS from the severely hit by hurricane Katrina New Orleans.

Later reports about Liz Taylor produced worries among her fans, as one person close to the diva declared: "Liz is inching closer to death every day and she knows it. It is not a pretty picture. She's not leaving a lot of money to her children. She wants the bulk of her fortune to go to AIDS research."

Un-named quoted sources say that the recent aggravation of Taylor's heart condition made her cancel her annual Eastern party and start the preparations for her soon to happen funeral.

The famous star wishes to be buried next to her two times husband, great love and screen partner Richard Burton, in Switzerland.
