Many months after divorcing husband of 3 years Arun Nayar, Elizabeth Hurley is still going strong with Australian cricketer Shane Warne – so strong that she’s even taken to her Twitter to rubbish allegations that he uses her makeup products whenever they go out together, as a couple.
Some weeks ago, as they were heading out of the house to attend a public function together, Shane appeared to be wearing just as much (if not actually more) foundation and lipgloss than his date, Liz herself.
At the same time, he also appeared “tighter” in face, especially in the area around the eyes, which prompted a lot of talk of how Liz “made” him get a complete makeover (see attached photo).
The star is now denying such claims on Twitter
, saying that Shane doesn’t wear makeup. As for why his face looks different, she says it’s because he’s lost some weight
“SW does not wear eye makeup or have an ‘eye liner tattoo’…. his eyes were born that way! Neither does he wear lip gloss fyi hacks in gossip press; he’d prob just given me a kiss & got a bit of mine,” Liz writes on her Twitter page.
“And re ‘looking different,’ you try losing 25lbs and see if you do!” she adds, only half-denying he had any plastic surgery.
Of the procedures he’s believed to have had as part of the complete makeover, voices in the blogosphere say the most obvious are double chin removal, eye work, facelift, Botox and fillers.
That’s just as false, Shane too writes on his Twitter
page, using the same weight loss “excuse” for his drastically altered appearance.
“Questions re facelift/Botox etc are absolute rubbish. I am 86kg. Lost 7kg and close to being the fittest I have ever been. Fitness and being healthy is now a daily habit I feel great and never been happier in my life,” he says.
“I am also eating very healthily and am flattered that people think I look younger. I have worked hard over the last five months on fitness,” he adds.
