14 DAY TRIAL // Dutch woman Ria Van den Brand proved that the first time on a roller coaster can be an awesome experience at any age. The hilarious moment when the adorable 70-year-old grandmother tried out the coaster ride for the first time was caught on camera and has gone viral.
Ria really seems to enjoy the experience, as she can be seen screaming and laughing hysterically as she takes the ride at a theme park in The Netherlands, in preparation for her first flight.
Her reaction is priceless. The elderly woman doesn't show any signs of fear. On the contrary, she looks really thrilled about the extreme ride, so she is probably wondering why she waited seven decades to experience something so great.
“Twists and turns. Screams of laughter. For 70-year-old Ria, it's about the thrill of the ride,” reads the caption under the hilarious clip.
To make the video even funnier, at the end of the high-speed spin, the grandmother childishly asks, “Is my hair still OK?”
The clip is part of a marketing campaign called “Firsts,” from telecommunications company Vodafone, and has more than 450,000 views on YouTube.
