The development team at ZeniMax Online is continuing to offer more information on its upcoming The Elder Scrolls Online, with a new developer diary showing fans of the title the types of challenges that they will be able to tackle with a group of allies.

The footage is pretty interesting because it reveals some game mechanics for the MMO that were shrouded in secrecy until now and because it shows that gamers can also cooperate in a title that has long been seen as focused on Player vs. Player and Alliance vs. Alliance gameplay.

ZeniMax Online has promised that it will offer more information on cooperation mechanics and on how groups can be created in the coming weeks.

The Elder Scrolls Online is set to be launched on the PC on April 4, using a subscription system.

The game will also be offered on the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PlayStation 4 in June, but no cross platform play is planned.
