The development team at ZeniMax Online and publisher Bethesda are announcing that the 1.12 patch for The Elder Scrolls Online and the new Craglorn adventure zone are now live on both the North American and the European megaservers.

This means that players get an improved MMO experience, with a lot of bug fixes and some important tweaks to quests and characters, and they can also explore an entirely new area filled with content dedicated to high level play.

The two companies explain that, “In Craglorn, you and your allies will take on new quests as you discover the Celestial threat to Tamriel, explore delves where your skills will be put to the test, and even participate in 12-player Trials—a completely new kind of adventure with the deadliest enemies yet and fantastic rewards.”

Dedicated players can also visit the official site of The Elder Scrolls Online to check out the full patch notes, which can get very technical when it comes to explaining the changes made.

The Elder Scrolls Online is an action-driven MMO that is one of the last in its genre to use a full subscription mode.

ZeniMax Online has said that it plans to launch another big zone, called Crypt of Hearts, in about another two months.
