Video game publisher Bethesda Softworks and developer ZeniMax Online have offered the first trailer for their upcoming The Elder Scrolls Online MMO, which unfortunately does not offer any sort of details about the coming game.

The trailer only shows how the logo of the game is created, via some pretty impressive animations work, and suggests a wide open world that allows players to create their own destiny at a time when the entire universe is in chaos.

The Elder Scrolls Online will feature three core alliances and will include most of the provinces that have been seen in previous titles in the franchise.

Gamers will be able to choose a race and a class and the ZeniMax Online team says that it will take 120 hours to reach the level cap with each individual build.

The Elder Scrolls Online MMO will be delivered on both the PC and on the Mac at some point during 2013, probably after the Dawnguard expansion for Skyrim.
