Eidos Announces Hitman Triple Pack - Out June 22

Eidos Interactive has made quite a name with its video game series Hitman and Tomb Raider. As much as I'd rather have Tomb Raider instead of Hitman for this Triple Pack, there are plenty of Hitman fans out there just dying to hear news like this. Well, the time has come for them to get what they deserve, as they've been faithful fans to Eidos' third-person shooter.

The developer has confirmed that a special Hitman Triple Pack, will be released throughout Europe for the PlayStation 2 and PC platforms this Friday June 22nd. The Hitman Triple Pack is actually a compendium of the most wanted installments of the series: Hitman 2: Silent Assassin, Hitman: Contracts and last year's chart topping Hitman: Blood Money.

Undertaking covert and deadly operations across the world including locations such as Japan, Las Vegas, Paris, Budapest, Hong Kong and Sicily, gamers trace the story of one of the most enigmatic game characters of all time: the clandestine professional hitman, Agent 47. Here's a small description of each title's plot:

Hitman 2: Silent Assassin
Lured back into a global ring of deception by a twisted Russian crime boss, Agent 47 must kill not only to make a living, but to continue living. This time it's not just business… it's personal.

Hitman: Contracts
Encounter Agent 47's greatest adversaries, completing the work that made him so ruthlessly efficient, these are the ones that shaped him as an assassin.

Hitman: Blood Money
Lucrative contracts on the rich and powerful in high profile locations make killing for money a good business. But when a rival agency enters the scene, it's war and only the best man will be left standing.

I swear, if they did the same thing with the Tomb Raider series, I'd go out and buy all the copies to show my gratitude. Anyway, remember: the Hitman Triple Pack will be available solely for PS2 and PC users throughout Europe on June 22, which is two days from now. I couldn't see any information about pricing and retailers receiving the Triple Pack, but the Hitman or Eidos official sites may shed some light on that too.
