This summer, love was in the air with Hollywood's favorite funnyman Eddie Murphy wooing former Scary Spice of the Spice Girls, Melanie Brown. At first, they were very discrete about their relationship, hiding from the paparazzi and abstaining from making any comments to the press.
A month into their relationship, they got matching tattoos as a symbol of their undying love and there was even talk of a future wedding (and a Spice Girls reunion prior to that). All the plans have come to an end this Monday, when film producer Tracey Edmonds announced that she and the 'nutty professor' are an item.
Over the weekend, Mel B was seen at London's Heathrow Airport and was overheard confirming to one of the passengers that she is pregnant with Eddie's baby and very happy about it. 'I'm great. I couldn't be happier and am looking forward to the baby', she was quoted as saying.
On the other hand, Eddie is not of the same opinion. It turns out that he is actually doubting that the child Mel is carrying is his and he is asking for a paternity test just to make sure. In an interview he gave to a TV show in the Netherlands, Murphy reacted somehow violently when the host of the show asked him about how he feels about having a child with Scary Spice.

'You're being presumptuous, because we're not together anymore. And I don't know whose child that is, until it comes out and has a blood test. You shouldn't jump to conclusions, sir', the actor said, almost immediately going all red in the face.
And, as always is the case, it was found out that the reason the two are no longer together is... another woman. Tracey Edmonds, the film producer and the former wife of singer Kenneth 'Babyface' Edmonds confirmed to 'People' magazine, in an exclusive interview, that she and the comedian are an item as of a month or so.
Tracey and Eddie attended the 'Dreamgirls' premiere together and only then rumors began that they were dating. To clear all doubt, Tracey tells 'People': 'Yes, [we are] very happy. We're having fun'. And she adds that they have been 'having fun' 'for about a month and a half'.
We'll keep you posted with more details.
