An Argentina-based company is revolutionizing the market of recyclable gifts. Eco Lala collects and recycles food packaging and turns them into one-of-a-kind objects that would count as a fabulous eco-friendly Christmas present.

The manufacturing process is simple. The tiny pieces of plastic are cut and melted using a heat-press machine, to obtain a new sheet of plastic. This is where creativity gets mixed with passion, Inhabitat informs.

Manufacturers manage to obtain a sustainable pliable textile used to design a great variety of green products, from plant pots to fashionable clutches, shopping bags and even bike accessories.

They have discovered a great way of making profit while keeping the streets clean. After all, a company's trash is another company's eco-friendly treasure.
