The illusive “Early Hardware Upgrade” program introduced by Canadian carrier Bell a while back might be re-launched within the next few days.

The program was removed from Bell’s offer last month, but the folks over at MobileSyrup published an internal document that confirms Bell’s plans to re-launch the program this month.

With the “Early Hardware Upgrade” program select customers ineligible for update will be offered the option to upgrade early. Obviously, the option is not available to everyone and is subject to change without notice.

Bell customers who chose this option will have to pay an upgrade fee, which is the equivalent of $15 multiplied by the amount of remaining month left from the contract.

The internal document also explains some of the conditions that are required so that customers can choose the early upgrade option.
