Madden NFL 25 is not set to launch for another four months, but professional football players are already considering how the new American football experience from EA Sports will portray them in simulated form.

Michael Vick, the quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles, tells the official ESPN Go blog that, “I just want to let them know that I’ll be playing in a different system this year with Chip Kelly, so I’ll be somewhat mobile while using my versatility. Don’t take what happened last year as a sign I’m slowing down. I’m still mobile pretty good for my age.”

The player believes that gamers benefit from playing a virtual version of him because it allows them to experience some of the thrills and the disappointments that come with the job.

Vick also talked about how he interacts with his fans over the Madden series.

He adds, “they want to know what it takes to master the game, and they want to know what it takes to bring the Philadelphia Eagles to the Super Bowl, and I just tell them: ‘Don’t overdue it with myself. You have to get other players involved.’ That’s just what you have to do to win.”

Apparently, the star quarterback rarely takes control of his virtual version because he tends to act as he would in a real-world game rather than accept the limitations of the Madden series.

Madden NFL 25 celebrates a quarter century since the first title in the franchise was launched and has a veteran player on the cover to show off its legacy.

EA Sports says that the game experience will receive a number of improvements, including for all physics systems, better control for tactics and a general graphics overhaul.

Madden NFL 25 will be launched in late August on current-generation consoles.
