With the new Haswell central processing units (CPUs) from Intel, new accelerated processing units (APUs) from AMD, and the latest high-end graphics cards from both NVIDIA and Advanced Micro Devices, lots of high-end PCs can be made.

And since high-end personal computers, especially those with multiple graphics cards, need powerful PSUs, EVGA made one.

Called EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2, it has a wattage of 1300W, high-quality Japanese Solid State Capacitors, a single +12V rail design (up to 108.3A), and a fully modular cable system.

That means that there are no wires sticking out of the product, only an array of pins where MOLEX, SATA and other cables can be plugged.

There is even a better than average vertical double layer main transformer that increases power output.

And even with all this, the efficiency is of up to 90% under typical loads, which earned the SuperNOVA 1300 G2 80 Plus Gold rating.

More info is on the product page, although the price is unknown.
