The company is really trying to break the bank with these things

One would think that NVIDIA's partners would be content with just one or two GeForce GTX 760 graphics cards, but this isn't an opinion that EVGA shares. Not if the six different cards are any indication.

We did have some hint of this before. After all, NVIDIA didn't forbid its OEMs from customizing the design of the card.

Normally, like AMD, it would impose a period during which only reference cards could sell, and allowed custom models only after that.

Not so for the GTX 760, possibly because it is a rebrand of the GTX 660 Ti.

We've already seen Gainward's GTX 760 Phantom, and even the factory-overclocked MSI GeForce GTX 760 Twin Frozr Gaming.

Now, EVGA has flummoxed the world by preparing not one or two, or even three cards, but six.

They haven't been formally launched yet, but they're close, and they will be priced at $249 / €188 – 249, to $299 / €226 – 299.

Their range covers everything, from the basic specifications to much higher ones.

It did make its own touches though. There is a reference-clocked board with the EVGA ACX cooler, allowing the 980 MHz / 1,033 MHz base/GPU boost clock speeds to run at lower temperatures than usual.

The 2 GB of GDDR5 VRAM operate at 6 GHz in all cases, even on the GTX 760 4 GB FTW which, obviously, has twice the capacity.

As some may have guessed, the GTX 760 4 GB FTW is the strongest of the lot, and even has the blower-type Signature cooler.

As for the other adapters, there are some with ACX cooler and some without, and their clock speeds go from 1072/1137 MHz to 1085/1150.

See the photo up on the left, and the gallery below for each one of the six cards. Sadly, we have to wait for EVGA's official announcement before we know precise pricing and availability plans.
