EVGA has made available the 80.06.59 firmware version that is compatible only with the 1 GB model of its GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST and BOOST Superclocked graphics cards.

The newly released package updates compatibility and resolves the “Driver Stopped Responding” problem that was spotted at the first system reboot after the driver’s installation.

The firmware will be attached to the graphics card even if you either update the driver or reinstall the operating system.

As for installing the firmware, first make sure that no programs are running in the background, and then open the “Update.exe” file located within the downloadable zip file.

Afterwards press “Y” (in capital letters), ENTER, and wait for the update to complete. Do not interrupt the process through a power off or a system restart because this could have bad consequences for the card.

After the update finishes, you must restart the computer so that the changes take effect. In addition, you can verify the Video BIOS’ version by going to Control Panel > Help > System Information, to ensure that the update is a success.

That being said, from the links below follow the one that best describes your EVGA graphics card.
