Enthusiasts will reach new performance levels

EVGA is a recognizable brand in the world of computer enthusiasts, graphics cards enthusiasts and gaming fans, as the company specializes in delivering the fastest and highest-performance products money can buy. With a product portfolio that spans from NVIDIA-based graphics cards to motherboards, accessories and other cool stuff, the company continues to innovate and release new products designed to meet the requirements of its fans. On that note, the company has just announced the release of its previously rumored EVBot, an external overclocking tool.

Designed to provide users with a considerable number of features, the EVGA EVBot will provide the overclocking support to those users that have purchased one of the compatible products. Although the current list of EVBot-supporting models is only limited to 5 motherboards (EVGA X58 Classified 4-Way, X58 Classified, P55 Classified, P55 FTW 200, P55 FTW) and a graphics card, namely the EVGA GTX 285 Classified. These supporting products will let the end-user take advantage of the features that have been designed into the EVBot.

The tool can support a maximum of one motherboard and three graphics cards, at one time, providing the user with the possibility of tweaking various settings of their specifications. In addition, as this is an external device, the EVBot can be used to monitor some of a PC's internal components, including the CPU temperature, VREG temperature, CPU Vcore, CPU frequency. All these settings are there to enable enthusiasts to take full advantage of the features and performance of their high-end hardware components.

One of the benefits of the EVBot is that it will not require users to install additional software on their computer systems, offering support for on-the-fly voltage and clock adjustments. The device is available for a recommended price point of US$100, but for a limited time, a few lucky users will be able to get it for only US$80.
