The development team at CCP has revealed that it will launch the new Retribution expansion for its MMO EVE Online on December 4, allowing gamers to get access to a number of new ships to pilot, including a new mining frigate aimed at beginner players.

There are also changes made to the look of the game, with better textures added to make space look even more impressive.

CCP is also talking about a number of improvements made to the bounty delivery system.

A new system called CrimeWatch is also being added to EVE Online via Retribution, which is designed to make it clearer when a player is pursuing criminal activities and to make it easier for others to spot and engage or help him.

It seems that the new system is designed to make players more accountable for their own in-game actions.

CCP also plans to deliver more patches to EVE Online before Retribution is launched.
