If you’re an avid ESPN app user, you should that a new version of the program is now available for download on Windows 8, bringing a number of improvements on both desktops and tablets.

According to the official release notes published in the Windows Store, ESPN version 1.3.1 comes with designed refinements, but also with the so-called WatchESPN option that allows you to access live data and view content right within the app.

Otherwise, ESPN remains the same great tool that offers in-depth game coverage, options to listen to ESPN podcasts, share news and videos, and sync information with your ESPN account.

“The ESPN app for Windows 8, offered on desktop and tablet, provides sports fans with all the things they love about ESPN in a single place. Get up- to- the -minute scores, news, and analysis for all your favorite teams, leagues, and players,” the app description reads.
