A week after launching the new line of products ESET rolls out a small update for NOD32 Antivirus that eliminates minor glitches.
The new build number for the application is 6.0.308 and its list of modifications contains only two entries, both repairs. One of them addresses the problem with Outlook plugin crashing on the users under certain circumstances. The other takes care of the SSL scanning issue when a certain type of data would be involved.
Version 6 for ESET’s products touts significant improvements, especially with the Smart Security suite, which sports Anti-Theft module capable to protect your files once you mark your mobile device as missing.
Both products benefit from improved malware detection and cleaning thanks to a better engine capable of faster processing.
